Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.
- Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products are eligible for a full refund.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional set must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
- Items that have been opened or significantly altered.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
How to Initiate a Return

- If approved, you will receive an email and instructions for returning your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
- Store credit, if applicable, will be issued within 48 hours after return approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.
